Artist-in-Residence Steve Whitfield will talk about Rapidan Camp, the experience of being an Artist-in-Residence for the National Park Service, and his Hoover-themed landscape painting he created during his residency at the Herbert Hoover National Historic Site. The event will take place inside the Visitor Center.
