The Hoover Presidential Foundation offices are housed in the location of the former West Branch State Bank in West Branch, Iowa, 50 miles west of the Mississippi River, one-half mile north of Interstate 80 at exit 254. The location is known as the Rummells Center, named for the president of West Branch State Bank, LC Rummells, who was a trustee and long-time supporter of the Hoover Presidential Foundation.
