The Herbert Hoover Presidential Library & Museum is currently closed as it prepares to reopen in Summer 2026.
A newly reimagined experience is on the way, designed to bring the story of Herbert Hoover and his wife, Lou Henry Hoover, to life in more engaging and meaningful ways. New exhibits and interpretive elements will follow Hoover’s journey from his early life in West Branch to his presidency and global humanitarian work. Visitors will gain a deeper understanding of the large-scale relief efforts that helped feed millions across Europe during and after World War I, as well as the values that shaped his leadership.
