Main Street. Named The Rummells Center, after West Branch banker and entrepreneur L. C. Rummells, who built West Branch State Bank at this location in 1973. We acquired the property from US Bank in 2021 and refurbished the space to provide community and conference areas in support of the Presidential Library and the National Historic Site, in addition to helping further integrate the Hoover campus into the West Brach community.2022 was a year of accomplishments! Credit for the success of the campaign, special events and programs we do in support of the Hoover campus is the direct result of a dedicated, excellent and personable Foundation staff.
