| FreeAs a member of the Hoover Presidential Foundation you’ll be among the first to view the new special exhibit, “America’s Famine Relief Mission to Soviet Russia, 1921 to 1923.”
Exhibit creator, Prof. Bernard (Bert) Patenaude, is a guest curator and lecturer in History at Stanford University and a Research Fellow at the Hoover Institution. Bert will speak on how the Soviet government was determined to keep the American Relief
Administration out of Ukraine, and how the ARA managed to get in and set up operations there.
