Even though this is a celebration of life for Hoover, we are also celebrating the lives of those involved with these great humanitarian efforts as well as those that were saved by them – including tens of thousands of Polish children, members and leaders of the CRB, ARA (and other relief efforts) as well as a story of a man saved by the ARA during/after the Bolshevik Revolution.
